<p>Erlang R14B02 has been uploaded a few days ago in <a title="Debian Unstable - Erlang" href="http://packages.debian.org/source/unstable/erlang">Debian Unstable</a>, and I have just backported the same packages in <a title="Scattino PPA" href="https://launchpad.net/~scattino/+archive/ppa">my Launchpad PPA</a>, compiled for Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick.&nbsp;I have also added an additional patch that resolves a compilation problem for 64bit architectures, a solution <a title="Erlang bugs ml" href="http://erlang.org/pipermail/erlang-bugs/2011-April/002309.html">suggested</a> in Erlang bugs mailing list.</p>
<p>As I said in previous occasions, these packages are a direct backport from the Debian repository, without (almost) any other modification; they work in my system, but they may not work for <strong>you</strong>. I am not the official Erlang maintainer in Ubuntu, and I may not have time to hunt for bugs, so if you find a problem feel free to report it, but it may not be solved (at least in short time).</p>
